1. Sr. Project Manager (Job Ref. SPM0111): Minimum of 20 years experience with exposure to projects with value over 500 million riyal. 
2. Project Manager (Job Ref. PRM0111): Minimum of 15 years experience in large scale projects. 
3. Planning Manager (Job Ref. PLM0111): Minimum of 10 years experience in large scale projects.
4. Site Construction Manager (Job Ref. SCM0111): Minimum of 8 years experience in large scale projects.
5. Quality Control Engineer (Job Ref. QCE0111): Minimum of 3 years experience. 
6. Safety Officer (Job Ref. SO0111): Minimum of 3 years experience. 
7. Land Surveyor (Job Ref. LS0111):  Minimum of 5 years experience.
