Company: Gulf Laboratories Co. WLL, an ISO 9001:2008, BS EN 17025:2005 and OHSAS 18001:2007 accredited company, member of the Mannai Corporation in Qatar provides geotechnical, geological and material testing services in support of on-going project developments in Qatar
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Drilling Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience as a drilling engineer in geotechnical engineering field
- To develop, supervise, plan and schedule the processes necessary for the safe and efficient operations of geotechnical investigation and water well drilling works
- To support the drilling crew with all aspects of drilling to optimize drilling techniques to suit ground conditions
- Familiar with drilling in a variety of ground conditions using various drilling methods including light cable percussion, rotary percussion and rotary coring
- Communication with subcontractors, suppliers of drilling rigs, drilling tools and drilling fluids will be required
- Good English communication skills is a MUST
