Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Technical Support
Job Location: Ajman, UAE
Company: One of the largest telecom companies in the region 
Requirements:
  • Good command of Arabic and English
  • Preferably with a MCSE/CCNA certification
  • Ability to deal with difficult customers.
  • Experience in this field is an added advantage.
  • Being customer & quality focused, polite and willing to work in shifts is a pre-requisite
All the selected candidates will be required to join on short notice
