Job Title: Sr. Instrumentation Engineer (EFT)
Job Location: Qatar
Company: Qatar Petroleum (QP) for its EFT DIVISION
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- 15 years experience in the design, selection, engineering, installation & commissioning of instrumentation, metering, DCS, safety systems & instrumentation packages for the oil & gas, refinery, and/or petrochemical industries of which at least 5 years shall be in the off shore oil & gas industry.
- Proficiency in the use of instrument sizing software like INSTRUCALC, FLOWEL, etc.
- Proven technical competency in instrument designs / engineering & the ability to carry out safe & fit-for-purpose designs.
- Thorough knowledge of industry / international standards & the ability to interpret the same for specification applications.
- Fieldbus & fiber optic networking experience is an added advantage.
