Job Title: Planning Engineers

Company: A leading Company in the field of construction
Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Architects.
Professional in Primavera P5/6, MS Projects on Power Projects.
Minimum of 5 years experience in handling the residential/commercial and multi-story projects of magnitude above $75 Million.
Excellent communication in English.

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Planning Manager in developing the project construction programme, develop the WBS and prepare the base line programme as well as the detailed construction programme.
Prepare and present the look ahead programme as required by the Project Manager.
Assist the Project Manager by conducting site review to ensure progress on site and production rate of various traders.
Assist the Project Manager in monitoring and reporting on the procurement process, sub-contractors and suppliers performance.
Keep and maintain records related to project performance in time and cost aspects.
