Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Engineering
- 18 years experience in the oil & gas or petroleum / civil industry.
- 6 years experience in project engineering & management.
- Extensive communication skills in both Arabic & English, on written and spoken language exchanges, including a thorough knowledge of diploma c protocol and local customs and prac tices.
