Requirements:
- 35-45 years old with bilingual (English & Arabic) communication skills
- MBA or any other post graduate degree from a recognised university
- Proven experience of at least 8 years in similar capacity in automotive and trading business category
- Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team towards achieving organisation targets and goals
- Ability to prepare business plan, forecast and budgets
- Experience in dealing with overseas principals
- Sound negotiation skills
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of all operational system processes and policies.
