Requirements:
- Should be graduate in administration with minimum 5 years relevant experience as an Executive Secretary.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of using Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent in Reading, Writing and Speaking Arabic and English.
- Should be proactive,organized with ability to multitask and will be responsible for office coordination, minutes of the meeting,presentations, typing, filing, drafting professional correspondences and assisting in other areas as required.
- Diploma in Secretarial course would be ideal.
- Preferably Qatar driving license holders.
