Job Title: Technical Editor
Edits English language technical documents according to KISR style, format and standards, for example: final, progress and interim project reports as well as proposals and pre-proposals to clients, articles for journal submission: papers for conferences; manuals, brochures and KISR's annual research reports. Reports to Head, Editing & Translation Section.

Requirements:
- Native English speaker with a university degree in English language or literature
- At least three years of editing (technical or otherwise) experience.
- Excellent knowledge of English grammar and syntax is necessary.
- Priority will be given first to Kuwaiti nationals and then to others.
- Candidates should have obtained degrees from Kuwait University or any other accredited
institutions approved by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Higher Education. Kuwait - GPA (general and specialty) should not be less than 3 out of 4 or the equivalent.
- Candidates will be given personal interviews and specialty tests, conducted by KISR.
