Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience as Executive Secretary
- Arabic speaking is a plus
- Highly organized and efficient
- Should possess computer skills
- Positive attitude
- Mature/Enthusiastic
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Can perform a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.
- Coordinate office management activities for the executive.
- Composes letters and memorandums in response to inquiries
- Prepares agenda and collects materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences; Coordinates and facilitates the administrator’s or executive›s calendar to arrange appointments and meetings
