Having good command over Arabic & English are essential.
Having good knowledge of Advertising Services in Kuwait.
Can able to coordinate with the technicians.
Can able to work independently.
Work with existing and prospective corporate clients to determine their business needs and formulate the appropriate advertising solution
Can able to identify and understand trends within client markets and industries.
Having abilities to lead & support the Agency staff in the production and access to quality management information and processes.
Can Achieve cost savings and identify deviations from project plan by managing all cost control/reporting systems and procedures.
Can able to direct sales program by assigning sales territories, set goals, and establish training programs for sales representatives.
Can advice sales representatives on ways to improve their sales performance achieve goals and obtain expected quotas.
Can be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
Can establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the local market.
Can provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performances.
Familiar with latest Web Technologies to supervise/discuss with Web Team.
Having Strong understanding of the Kuwait market
Salary is negotiable for suitable candidate.
Must have Kuwait Driving License.
Age: 25 – 45 Years
