Requirements:
- Ensuring that the promotions are maintained to maximize sales opportunities.
- Garner the relevant product knowledge to ensure that accurate advice and guidance given.
- Ensuring customer service standards are improved in reaction to customer feedback.
- Monitoring cash and banking procedures to ensure they are completed in accordance with Company policy.
- Preparing and implementing showroom policy and advice to Management for the continuous growth of the organization.
- Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution if some problem may occurs.
- Maximize and identify profitable sales through creating a positive trading environment and sales opportunities.
- Accomplishing staff results by communicating job expectations;planning;monitoring; and appraising job results;coaching;counseling, and disciplining employees; iniatiating;coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirement; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
- Reporting directly to General Manager.
- Male or Female, below 30 years old with Bachelor
- Degree/European nationality preferred.
