Company: A leading Contracting Company
Requirements:
- BE / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering preferably from reputed institutes such as VJTI / IIT
- Minimum 15 years experience out of which 10 years should be in the Gulf.
- Should have experience in planning and monitoring of HVAC works in large multi-discipline commercial, residential hospital and five star hotel projects with MEP value in excess of over US$ 80 million.
- Proficiency in heat load calculation, duct / pipe sizing, equipment selection is a must.
- Must have handled Centralized chilled water project in excess of 6500 TR.
- Should be able to handle the project from beginning to end.
- Must be capable of monitoring construction activities, manage team effectively, attend site
meetings, follow-up on material supply, budget costing, confirm to specifications, quality control and have good ability for relationship management with consultants / client
