Requirements:
- Self motivated and proactive individual with at least 2 years experience in a sales Supervisory role in FMCG company
- Target oriented with ability to handle multiple demands
- Ability to plan the work of his team to meet companies roles.
- Regular route riding to motivate and train CR's to achieve targets.
- Build working relations with key customers.
- Monitor business on a daily basis and ensure systems and procedures are adhered to.
- Ability to speak and interact in English, knowledge of Arabic will be definitely be advantageous.
- Valid GCC driving license
