Requirements:
- Conduct project initiation and planning, offer development, contract negotiation and management
- Local service market management – strategy decoding, set market target and development strategy, customer/project DMC (decision making chain) analysis
- Service sales leads to opportunities management
- Routine DMC customers visit and relation maintenance
- Arrange SSPR with DMC customers
- Collect and analyze customer assessment and opinions to Huawei service sales and delivery by mini-scorecard.
- Distribute and manage customer satisfaction problem by GCRMS
