1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
2. Minimum 15 years on major Road Projects and/or Infrastructure projects

involving large concreting works in Gulf Countries preferably in Kuwait.
3. In depth knowledge of Civil Engineering materials & specifications.
4. Goods knowledge of Spoken Arabic & English language.
5. Conversant with Health, Safety and Management requirements.
