Company: A well established Group of Companies based in Kuwait
Requirements:
- Provides professional legal advice for the group for managements review and approval
- Drafts, reviews or revises legal documents such as ordinances, resolutions, contracts,leases, permits, briefs, trade license's and all Governmental documents
- Reviews, refers and monitors civil claims and potential litigation issues. Laise with external attorney, experts, and Governerate offices as required
- Perform legal research on procedures of Corporate law, Employment Law
- Attends labor disputes and related issues internally for the group, includes giving advice or liasing with official bodies to assist with them with their enquiries
- Reviews and drafts contracts, includes all type of contracts to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, Ensure groups interests are protected and risks are minimised
- Monitors the conformity of company personal policies, procedures and practices to kuwaity legislation, and ensuring that proposed new, or amended, policies and procedures are in line with Kuwaiti labor laws.
The ideal candidate should have minimum of 3 years experience in Kuwait
