Requirements:
- Transferable Visa Article 18 is a must
- Dynamic
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the same position / field
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience of all HR process including performance management, compensation, recruiting, benefits and training.
- People management skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- High level of English interpersonal skills, Arabic is an advantage
- Good working knowledge of Computers
- Knowledge of Kuwait labor law and work procedures
