Responsibilities:
• Provide legal and commercial advice to financial institutions,
• Proactively respond to clients in terms of innovation and diversity.
• Coordinate , advice , guide, train and develop subordinates in the
Firm
• Liaise with the counterpart and coordinate the execution of
necessary documentation
• Analyze and keep abreast of changes in the a as well as draft
and review all contractual agreements
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Law, though an overseas university
background has an advantage.
* Must be PQE qualified finance lawyer
* with more than 3 years relevant experience in a financial institution
or law firm in the GCC.
