Responsibilities

To ensure 100% production as per plan – availability of all defect free components for making required product.

Maintain discipline and encourage team working of all members of the plant through counseling, coaching and motivation.

Maintain unit neat, clean & safe.

Assess resource requirement and arrange as appropriate.

Maintaining expenses within budgeted amount.

Reduce manufacturing & painting cost.

Implementation and improvement of QMS & EHSMS.

Knowledge of latest development in “Paints and chemicals” towards environment protection and Cost reduction

Knowledge on tools for “Process parameter optimization” (DOE)

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Paint Technology, expertise in Painting process / chemical treatment process and managerial skills.

Minimum 10 years experience in automobile industry.

Team building capacity.Full-Time positions available.
